At the end of the hades arc, the bronze saints unlocked god cloths. The god cloths gave them the power to hurt hades, they didn't hurt him badly but nonetheless they were able to damage him and hades was able to create the underworld which is transcendent of infinite timelines (as well as the 6th prison which is stated to be beyond time and space) making it a 5D construct. Making them low complex multiversal



In the hades arc we are shown that the underworld is transcendent of time (shown in next dimension)
as even going 200 years back in the past, Shun was still able to see seiya's soul in the underworld who died 200 years in the future meaning it holds beings from the past, present and future simultaneously.



In omega, it was stated beings from neither the main world or the world of the dead were present in the underworld which implies it holds beings from other worlds. These "other worlds" have previously been explained by Gemini integra to be other timelines meaning the underworld holds beings across infinite timelines. This would mean everyone who fought in the underworld is transcendent of time giving them immeasurable speed.

I agree on level low complex.
Which Hyperdimension can have infinite fateways and would make Elysium and Underworld at least 5D.. so they are beyond the fateways of space and time... hence at least a "Probable Low 1-C" modification. This is my opinion then I will be able to be wrong
