Alright. Hopefully Bulat can't just make his weapon selectively intangible or something like that.

What else can Orochi do outside of physical stuff, more importantly can he do anything Bulats reactive Evolution can't cover

He shoots projectiles. These include wierd black circle things, pillars, light that basically can't be dodged, and grabbing a purple orb out of his enemy and crushing it. Nobody knows what said orb is, I'll note. Most people say it's life force or part of the soul, but it does normal damage and even if Orochi finishes someone with it their shown fine afterwards. So yeah, whatever it is it dosn't negate durability.
Orochi can also freely read human minds and, at least according to Orochi himself, can do so for all of humanity at once. This dosn't seem to be to an extent where he just dodges everything, however, since you can still easily hit him in his fight.
Orochi also probably has some of the highest AP in his tier. Orochi > Wild Iori > Post-Training Kyo >= Goenitz >> Pre-Training Kyo = People who did a 5 megaton feat
