Asta should one ahot because post time skip asta's black divider is far stronger than his pre time skip black divider which cut zagreds heart, and the heart no sold the 4.3 teraton attack.

Although it helps him hit really hard and increases his range a lot Asta's Black Divider isn't something he can for a very long time and his movements become a bit more restricted due to its size so he'll need to be quick at taking down Alibaba

Also, Asta is much stronger than 650 gigatons which means the gap between the AP of his opponent and his durability is only 3.86x. This means asta can literally just power down and fight while nullifying magic (I'm pretty sure his opponent uses magic) and then use the black divider when he's close. Also asta resists fire. Looking like asta stomps.

Then why is an stomp when Asta can´t hit Alibaba at all, but Alibaba can´t also do nothing against antimagic?

Well Alibaba's Dijin Equip would just be reverted due to Passive Anti Magic Aura.

And so even if Alibaba uses his Time Manipulation he's going to be doing like no damage.

Even if Asta's Black Divider runs out of time, he still Black Asta, which scale far higher than base Alibaba, and still negate Dijin Equip.
