Seemed like a cool idea, so why not?

Rules

  • Only two characters per franchise
  • You can only suggest two characters
  • No abstract entities, or characters with extremely potent levels of regen Low-Godly and onwards
  • No Smurfs or higher dimensional hax (5D or higher hax)
  • No passives that instantly result of a victory.
  • Maximum of 32 participants
Besides that everything else is fair game. Make some suggestions below!

Ok I can agree with Darkseid but Weakend Vivec with restricted CHIM? That's not a smurf I don't think.
 
I suggest this:

  • No abstract entities, or characters with extremely potent levels of regen (Low-Godly and onwards, but you can keep Low-Godly if you want since many characters have EE).
  • No Smurfs or higher dimensional hax (5D or higher hax)
  • No passives that instantly result of a victory.
