for being a low 2-C charactr you need to destory the "destroy and/or create the entire 4-dimensional space-time of one universe", but the universe has to be infinite, right ? and if yes, what happens if the universe isn't infinite ?

Our tiering system is regrettably not flexible enough to make a distinction.

the could be resolved if :

Low 2-C becomes for destroying/creating a finite 4-D universe

2-C becomes for destroying/creating an infinite 4-D universe

and it's created high 2-C that would that the old definition of 2-C

what do you think Ant ?

What you are saying is really interesting, but in most cases you need proof that the universe in question is infinite, which is not the case for the majority of verses

No, to reach 2-C, a character needs to bridge the 5th dimension separating different universes. It is not the same thing.

The universe doesn't need to be infinite, just at least universe sized.

Basically, if the timeline is "smaller" it's High 3-A. If it's anywhere from universe sized to infinite in 3D size it's Low 2-C. Multiple timelines are 2-C

Only from a 3D standpoint. If two timelines are universe sized but one has a history twice as long, then it's twice as big

Since the question has been answered, I will close this thread.
