Low 2-C Question (Danny Phantom)

Don't worry, this isn't another attempt at me trying to buff Danny Phantom top tier to Low 2-C/2-C. I wanted to know what would the Guys in White rating would be for the Anti-Ecto Missile in season 3.

In the episode "Livin Large", the Guys in White created a missile capable of destroying the entire Ghost Zone which is an infinite realm with it's own time and space, filled with infinite dimensions. However, it has no effect on real world objects but after it's destruction of the Ghost Zone, the normal universe would have also been destroyed due to the connection they share.

Destroying the Ghost Zone is a Low 2-C feat and it would be 2-C via chain reaction for also causing the destruction of the normal universe. However, if the missile can only destroy spirit/ectoplasm/undead universe, would it even still qualify as Low 2-C in general?.

How would this be explained on the profile? A note stating it's destruction power is limited to spirit/ectoplasm matter?.

In the episode,it was revealed that the missile was actually useless just like the other rich stuff danny's family got in the episode such as the Ghost Zone Drill (Which wasn't actually a functional drill to make a Ghost portal).

That is incorrect.

In the episode, it was revealed it had no effect on real world objects. This is why Sam stated "I guess things that turn stuff into nothing in that reality, turns into a gooy mess in this reality". It was a hax based missile that would only work on ectoplasm.

The drill was directly stated to be fake, you can't compare the two especially since the Guys in White actually have Anti-Ghost Technology and the entire plot of the episode was to stop the missile from entering the Ghost Zone.

It would be Low 2-C against ghosts/ectoplasmic objects only since it would have destroyed the entire Ghost Zone which is an endless void of ectoplasm with it's own space-time and filled with infinite realms.

It would be 2-C via chain reaction but only in the Danny Phantom verse due to the fact that if you destroy the Ghost Zone, the normal universe also gets destroyed as a side effect do to the link they share.
