I saw someone say there are 9 different low 2-C Mario feats, anyone know what feats they're talking about

I just found out that base dementio is possibly low 2-C on his profile, why dont the rest of the cast scale dont you fight base dimentio several times in super paper Mario

Someone tried to upgrade Mario to low 2-C using those 9 feats but the majority of the feats were debunked and the rest were called outliers.
