Low 2-C | Finite or Infinite Timelines?

One question, in order to take into account the Low 2-C layer, the four-dimensional scope, more specifically a timeline. By itself, does it have to have infinite size? Or rather, must its temporal length necessarily extend to infinity?

Because, in this case, a timeline (space-time continuum) safeguards an unlistable infinite quantity (uncountable | aleph 1) of universal static moments. So this would mean that even though the timeline had a listable finite length, it would still encompass an uncountably infinite amount of static universal moments. This can be compared to the difference between 0 and 1, even though we have this finite difference of the natural sets, in real sets, the difference from 0 to 1 is an infinite accounting difference. So even a timeline with a finite length of time should be considered Low 2-C like our universe with the Big Bang that creates futuristic periods as time passes?

Furthermore, if we were to consider a timeline/spacetime, must its 3D space necessarily be considered an infinite structure in size to enter the Low 2-C layer?

From what I know, the fixed size of space in a space time / timeline doesn't necessarily pull it's tier down. It'll still qualify as a Low 2-C structure, the proof for space time is all that matters.
