low 1A question

If you have a weapon that is said to transcend all space-time, would it count as Low 1A, or does it need to be a realm or a character? Here is the feat.

For Low 1A, it would be, if it is not some vague statement. That is why I only asked for Low 1A, since statements like "transcend concept of spacetime = all spacetime" and "concept of dimensions = all spatial dimensions" are Low 1A on their own without any further context.

As a default, statements of being "above dimensions" are set at Low 1-A, and the same is applied to statements indicating superiority over "All of space and time," and similar. However, if they are applied to realms that can be inferred to surpass the very composition of the lower reality (e.g. Realms that are, themselves, non-composite, such as conceptual domains, or often, voids of nothingness), then 1-A is the most appropriate rating for them.

Pretty true, that got to me and Always pain how authors use this type of statements in the context where they debunk themselves.

That answers my question. If it said the weapon's existence transcends all spacetime, then it would have been an accurate statement.

I think that statement just mean it can manipulate time and space

But for the question, it depends, it can mean just unaffected by or outside time and space as a whole that make it aca 1 or 2 or bde 1

If that mean wholly superior than the very essence or the whatness of time and space then it is low 1A by default
