Godzilla has a decent AP advantage and radiation but Shigaraki has flight, LS, skill, and abilities to even it out. Godzilla being so huge is a big detriment considering that Shigaraki just needs basic contact to end him. And since he’s attached to the ground, Decay might just finish him off right at the start since Shigaraki starts by touching the ground.
