Unsealed frankenstein is probably like town level, yuri vaporized and made holes in several buildings, someone calc it before in the request thread and it was town level but it never made it into a blog, nobody cared to calc noblesse stuff there was also some speed feats i needed calc, well i requested calc and never got calc, don't particularly care much anymore, haven't read noblesse in months.

Regardless frankenstein losses, he only has soul manipulation with the dark spear, sealed and unsealed doesn't have the spear, vile takes him out with his soul manipulation.

if he hits someone (with one hit) with that spear, it wont allow them to regen (if they have that ability), it will take away their powers and souls slowly, make them very fatigued, along with being very confused, since the souls trapped in the spear talk to the person that was hit with it, telling them lies and shit, among other things.

Actually, it doesn't negate Regen. Not on its own. Frank explicitly says that the reason it stops Regen is because everyone who has tried to heal from it is using his research to power up, and part of his research has a designed flaw to stop regen from his research from working against his dark spear. It wouldn't work against anyone not using his research .

Regardless, unsealed doesn't have the spear, so it's irrelevant

He doesn't have the spear in this form though, all he has is generic energy attacks, although i forgot frankenstein has mind manipulation like any noble in noblesse, does vile has mind control resistance? Cause if not frankenstein can just mind control him.

He has everything Skulduggery has except Elemental Magic. Sklduggery has mind resistance that makes him impossible to sense, read or control by even the strongest psychics, which include people like Cassandra who mind-haxxed Darquesse, and Darquesse herself is capable of causing most psychics to black our or go brain dead just by them trying to read her, and resisted the mind/soul control of every single remnant (of which there are thousands) at once, just one of which can merge with a person's soul and corrupt their mind, turning them into an evil version of themself.

I don't even remember Frank's mind manip from the series, so I don't know if it is enough to work agaisnt that. If it's on par with Raizel's though, it would probably be enough.

Best mind haxing i remember is regis mind control like a city block of people telling them to leave an area where a fight was taking place so they wouldn't get hurt. Frankenstein doesn't actively try to mind control people, nobles do however.

Anyway frankenstein still loses due to vile soul haxing him.

I know it's not being used but if the dark spear has souls inside it Vile could just absorb them and power up with no adverse affects.
