Lord Tirek vs King Asgore

This is actually a very even battle and I'm glad this is a thread.
In terms of sheer power I would give the slight edge to Asgore. Since this is Post-Discord Tirek and not Full Power Tirek, he is only likely 7-A compared to Asgore's at least 7-A.
In speed I would give the edge to Tirek, as while the two have similar movement and combat speed, Tirek trumps him reactions (of course he would trump him even more if my upgrades were accepted but I digress).
In terms of hax I think I would give the edge to Tirek, I don't remember exactly what hax Asgore has if any at all. Tirek also has the range advantage here with his energy attacks, as well as having defensive shields and telekinesis.
Asgore is gonna hold back initially against Tirek based on his pacifist personality in the games, while Tirek at this point is more than willing to go head on. If this was a weaker Tirek he would try to reason his way out of it and fail here, but a strong Tirek like this will have no hesitation. Eventually Asgore will take it seriously, and will become a very close heated battle. In the end, my vote goes to Tirek very high difficulty.
