I think Lord Slug's range, Regenerationn, telekinesis, size shifting and duplication could overwhelm He-Man.

While Lord Slug has a range advantage due to his various Ki abilities and energy blasts, He-Man does have access to his Power Shield and the Sword of Greyskull. The shield can be used to block Lord Slug's ranged attacks.

I would say He-man via high difficulty due to He-man requiring to get close before being able to land blows on Lord Slug.

If this is He-man without his shield however, I would say Lord Slug. We have seen Goku being able to deflect Trunk's sword strikes by focusing his ki into a single point (finger). It is possible that Lord Slug could do the same to deflect strikes from He-man.
