In Meteoric Burst his speed remains the same since speed is equalized, he only gets AP boost.

That's not how speed equalized matches work, Meteoric Burst is an AP and speed amp

His AP is based on how Sensui caused a global earthquake with bare minimum of his power and Yusuke scales from that feat.

Since this is EOS Yusuke, he has AP advantage, which he can use to kill Boros before he uses Meteoric Burst.Boros when he goes Meteoric Burst becomes 13464x faster than Yusuke
