Lord Boros vs Griffith

20
Boros power is unsealed and both combatants have all of their abilities.

Win via death, KO or incapacitation.

Location: Middle-Earth

Huh...this is a tough one. Boros is faster and stronger, but Femto definitely has an edge in versatility. Since it's been a while, how quickly can Femto put up his intangibility, or is it automatic (needs to reread Berserk)?

Griffith massive stomps, he can steal the Boros Soul and instant K.O (?
Well they are both in Tier 5. Whilst Boros is the more physically stronger opponent and likely faster too, Griffith definitely has the hax advantage. This match is pretty much a guy with more power vs a guy with more hax.

Griffith is completely intangible by default so Boros can't hit him. He's also likely not attached to the physical plane.

He literally reality warps the concept of him away.

Turns out Griffith's hax is more potent than I thought. Changing vote to Griffith since he could make Boros submissive by looking at him.

Griffith EASILY with Reality-Warping, Causality-Warping, and Soul-Manipulation hax. He is on the same tier (AT LEAST, if not quite a bit higher though) as Boros, but using reality-warping (which is WAY more haxx) rather than energy-projection.

Meanwhile Boros can just fly away and destroy the planet....

I'd say it's a toss up really on whether what moves they use first. Leaning on Boros due to speed

Problem is Griffith's knowledge, limited pre-cog, etc., combined with his soul-manipulation.

He can just reality-warp Boros out of existence or steal his soul. And he WILL know to use such a move from the very start, because he will know how fast and such Boros is, because of how he is able to oversee the flow of causality. Griffith will go into this with enough precog to know he's facing an opponent much physically faster than himself and with near-planet-level destructive power. So he'll know to use high-level hax (soul or reality) right from the start. Boros has no hax-resistance. That's why I think the battle would go to Griffith 100%.

@Oblivion00 Out of curiosity, why is the battle in Middle-Earth? I highly doubt Tolkien would much "approve" of either Berserk or of One Punch Man :p

People do realize that boros can't do a single thing to him since he exists on a higher plane right?
Griffith no diff

Nah man, haven't you read all of Berserk so far?

*MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR BERSERK, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK, AGAIN, MAJOR SPOILERS!!!*

Griffith eventually gains a physical body in the material-world and later merges the Astral and Physical planes together in the "World Transformation." It's frigging crazy. Anyway as of the current time in the series he DOES exist in the real, physical world.

^This. The OP says "Griffith", not "Femto".

Well he still is Femto, we saw that during the completion of the World Transformation, when he redirected Skull Knight's spacetime-manipulating slash against Ganishka's giant form, and turned into "Femto" during that time.

Honestly guys, Griffith/Femto cannot be truly harmed on the physical plane. The physical vessel he has created has at least 7-B durability, sure, but he cannot be truly hurt without the ability to directly damage his soul. Soul-hax are literally required to beat him. That's why it's being set-up as one of the most important plot-points in Berserk that Guts' sword has gained a blood-curse making it capable of harming souls on a high level.

So does this mean goku can't kill Griffith because of intangibility.
Pretty much, yeah. Goku being multi-galaxy level and MFTL+ at this point isn't going to make much of a difference against prophecy, reality-and-causality hax, and soul hax. Goku has no hax and no real hax-resistance. And Griffith would see their battle coming with his prophetic abilitites.

A guy like Guts who is Tier 8-A but has a sword that can harm souls has a better chance against Griffith than a guy like Goku who is Tier 3-B to 3-A with super-strength and speed and energy-projection.

Like Boros? Or someone like beerus?

There is no reason to believe that Beerus could truly beat Griffith either, really. See my edits at the end of my last post. I could say the same thing about Beerus as about Goku, he may be Universe-Level but he's just a Flying Brick (powers of flight, super speed, super strength, super durability) with the addition of energy-projection abilities. He has no actual hax that have been shown so far. With his prophetic abilities, Griffith would know if a being like Beerus had targeted him, and could just use concept-hax or soul-hax to get rid of him before Beerus realizes what has happened, regardless of his practically-infinitely superior speed and power. And since Beerus has no soul-hax, he'd have no real way to truly kill Griffith, who again cannot be truly hurt or killed without soul-hax which is why Guts has the Dragonslayer which can harm souls.

@Huesito88, Seriously what the hell this Lord Boros vs Griffith has anything to do with anyone from DBS..Also Goodfresh, No unnecessary post please.

Okay sorry. I guess I was only trying to make that point that physical attack-potency and speed, regardless of their level, mean nothing against Griffith without soul-hax or something similar.

Tell that to Rickert. http://www.*********.co/manga/berserk/c337/13.html

As Femto, he was intangible by default. Now, it appears he needs activate it or maybe he lost it.

People have interpreted that as Griffith letting Rickert slap him. Obviously. We all saw how slow that slap was, Rickert isn't especially physically strong or fast. Griffith has any number of hax and non-hax abilities that would have allowed him to stop the slap before it even started.

Griffith still is Femto, with all of Femto's powers. Now the lower layer of the Astral World has become merged with the Physical World, and Griffith used that in order to materialize into the physical world and construct a body (vessel) for the part of his spirit that dwells in the newly-transformed material world. But his true existence is still entirely non-physical and in the realm of Thought/Spirit. For that reason, he cannot be truly harmed or killed without soul hax, guys. That's all I'm getting at. Boros is simply not hax enough to actually put him down.
