Brigard is a high 9-B, no known exact AP but it's Wall Level+.
The Sun is an 8-B, AP is 295 GJ.
The Light... Is an odd one. I put him at 9-B for lack of a better option, but basically, he is a soul-eating parasite who is very hard to powerscale, and can only be beaten if you kill him without seeing or hearing him. AP is wall level, but that's basically irrelevant unless you're weaker than him.
