Ehh that's a Huge no. Not only is it actually consistent, he has several instances of resisting, but dozens of times his brain was destroyed or removed and he was perfectly fine. There are Far Far Far more episodes that support it than go against it

But that's just a cartoon sometimes. It is a little inconsistent. But this resistance is still very consistent. A few events that go against it that were done to be funny, but that's like using every time an anime character who has building stuff getting threatened by wall stuff. (Like a really long fall)

He doesn't have anything else Empathic Manipulation is kind of mixed in with Mind Manipulation (And Spongebob resists Both anyways), and Possession also gets resisted (I'm not even sure how Look-See's possession works though)
