If you are High 6-B, your organs may not have thsmae level of durability as the rest of your body, but they definitely wouldn't be 10-C.

Idk. Some people at that level can be affected by disease. Which would mean their cells and insides could be affected by bacteria and viruses which are 10-C. If they had high 6-B insides, wouldnt they just end up being unable to perform any bodily damage?

Im not sure if bacteria do that. Bacteria basically eat at your organs in very small quantities. They couldnt do that to someone with town level or whatever organs. Same for viruses.
