Our monster is 6.734300454111 Tons while the MHA char is ~15 Tons

That's a 2.22x difference not including amps. How exactly is she going to hit this guy through all the AoE, it'd take some advanced pattern reading tbh, plus Underground Mobility AND Flight means that it can be a lot of places that Lizard can't really hit all too well- any time she gets close it'd just go sicko mode and just knock her around, sure she has the AP advantage, but that's really about it, a 2x difference is more than enough for her to get pushed back by explosions and sound waves. Her regeneration really isn't that good if it's tied to her stamina or if she can be knocked out.

Actually that usually never comes into play unless a large portion of her split body parts are destroyed
