Everything In the multiverse is connected with the living tribunal and a small portion of the living tribunal is already every existences in marvel.

i was talking about this A small part of LT is already the multiverse.
And he transcends time and space.

All that is said in those scans is that all abstract entities in the multiverse, including Eternity, together comprised the Living Tribunal. Lately their positions have been reversed by Marvel. The LT is now a part of Eternity.

He does transcend the other abstracts if they are a part of him, but I do not think that he is beyond the concepts of space and time.
