Omni-Man has range and combat experience plus a slight AP advantage, but Hikari has way more abilities and way better LS. Omni-Man can adapt, but that LS gap will be too much. So if Hikari tries going for a grab which seems likely enough with his sumo skill, he can take Omni-Man down easily. Toon force and elasticity along with regen stops Omni-Man’s blows from being able to mangle him easily as well. Plus Hikari’s specials can reduce OM’s speed or blind/trick him.
