Both in the game (min 5:20-6:00) and in Ilias's profile on this wiki it is mentioned that Ilias created of herself 3 beings (also called "extensions of itself" below), among which is this Lucifina. Why do I mention this? Because, as you can see, Lucifina, who came out directly from Ilias has Death Manipulation, while Ilias herself does not.

The same happens with hair manipulation from Seraph Ede
