I only took a quick look at Lion-Os page and i think Jonson should take this. He has FTL+ reactions, Solar System Attack Potency at most and he has class T+ lifting strength. I am a die hard Warhammer 40k fan, but Jonson is rated at 4-B and Lion-O is 5-B. Jonson stomps.

Lion 40k: Lion Thundercats: Inconclusive.

Lion-O's sword is the only thing making him even able to keep pace with Lion'El Jonson but every weapon is only as good as it's user.

Jonson should be able to outsmart and disarm Lion-O, which intelligence is pretty low escpecially compared to a primarch which is comparable to a super computer.

Don't ******** you, before a battle begun Horus for example was mentally able to pass through the entire battle progress even on a micro level solely in his head to predict what would happen and how the enemy would react. With that he could foresee the future of a battle and take steps to optimise the outcome before it even starts.

Lion-O is in intelligence feats so heavily outclassed that i don't find it hard to believe that Jonson would come up with a solution to Thundera. After that Lion-O is dead meat.

Point goes to Jonson!
