Going Mega Man since he's a few times stronger (5-b+ vs at least 5-b), has better offensive hax and that they're comparable in defensive hax. Plus while both are versatile Mega Man can instantly switch weapons while Link would need a second, since Mega Man's weapons are downloaded while Link has to grab them.
