If Sakuya has so many abilities with space time then this a stomp. Lille can only do phasing, spatial erasure, teleportation and cloning. He has no counter to time manipulation

Lille COULD headshot her from a distance at base or ignore her defenses entirely at base. But in his later states, Sakuya's biggest problem wpuld be the fact he just doesn't die and keeps regenerating and by the end, we have no clue how Izuru finished him off. Her time powers would keep him at bay for the most part since he could just need a few good shots to do some serious damage. But the main thing that could give Sakuya the win is her ability to erase people from time. I'd say she wins but very... very... barely
