This right here is very outdated.
We all know that Super Shenron granted the immortality that zamasu has.
And zamasu came back from zeno's EE.
Basically shenron should be able to grant this amount of stuff due to zamasu's immortality that ALLOWED him to survive all those things in the first place.

Ill cut the crap already. we just gotta add " Can grant Immortality [Types 1, 2, 3, & 4] & Regeneration [High Godly]"

Which would be threated as such if it was shown to be, a character having an ability in one timeline doesn't mean that all versions of it will have, that is a standard on the wiki, check the comics profiles for a clear example

Anyways, the addition itself to Super Shenron is fine, it's just that the reasoning for SDBH's Zamasu regen is outdated

Edit: Also, please don't use XV Zamasu as proof for SDBH Zamasu's regen. While XV and DBH do share some same stuff, it doesn't mean that every single stuff from one scales to the other.

They did actually remember him eventually. Also I don't think you really understand how a paradox works. If someone changes history then the events are erased from the history since they never happened in the first place. The Future Warrior was paradoxed so he was never summoned, thus all the events regarding him never happened and were erased from history.
