Lightning Max (OPM) vs Tailman (MHA)

Considering this wiki considers an at least 7.5x difference for a one shot and the monster that Max one shot was stronger than the 0.24, he's at the very least over 1.8 tons, likely over 2 tons giving him the huge AP gap. Skill wise, Max is 1.) A martial artist that (seems to) actively train and participate in Martial Arts competitons and 2.) Constantly fights monsters that have a much wider vareity of powers and abilites than who Ojiro has faced.

On Ojiro's side he has his martial arts training, his UA training, and a little bit of experience fighting some villains. His tail is strong, though considering what OPM monsters can do, i doubt that would be much of a challenge for Max to deal with compared to what he's used to. With speed being equalized, Lightning Max's shoes should give a significant striking speed advantage. That plus his confirmed AP advantage and striking speed as well as assumed skill, training and experience over Ojiro leans this heavily in Max's favor
