IIRC yes she cannot spam that as it costs energy. In FF13: Lightning Returns it costs 3EP, while the maxed out EP Lightning can have is 9.Aridwolverine said:
She can cast other stuff by using EP as well like Curaga (fully restores her health, costs 2EP), Esunada (removes all debuffs from her, costs 1EP), Overclock (slows down time, costs 2EP).
