• Low-Mid regen: Sure but the wording needs to say that he needs to manually put his arm where it belongs.
• Reactive Evolution and Resistance to Telepathy: The former is too big, Adaptation fits it better. Add that the latter resistance was likely due to the other power would also help to give context on how good it is.
• Attack Reflection: The shot just bounced off.
• Limited Resistance to Existence Erasure: Targeting energy with TK is Energy Manipulation, and anyone with that power would have been able to do the same. So I disagree.
• Mind Resistance Negation: Overpowering is not Resistance Negation, just a better scale in the power.
• Weapon Mastery: *Nearly every weapon

• weird, must've been the wrong scan, i'm too bothered to fixing it I suppose.
• Point is that him being to effect an Existence Erasure bolt is significant enough to be noted since some verses don't consider it to be possible
• Psi-Shields purposely protect against telepaths and Cable wasn't able to overpower them without exherting himself, if not I suppose I can list it as a further justification for his mindhax.
