Doing some reading and Superman is missing a few justifications and an ability
Post Crisis Superman (post eradicator absorption) is missing the justification in Martial arts of the fight between Superman and Avruskin/Russian Zod in Action Comics 805 This is a major feat since Avruskin was trained by the best fighters the USSR had to offer, including the KGBeast. And in his Rebirth profile, he's missing his training with Kryl-Ux (action comics 1039), which improved his fighting ability to the point that while powerless he could skill on Mongul who had to resort to his chest blaster. And he wasn't a bad fighter before this as he could throw an axe accurately to cut chains and defeat two large beasts powerless.
He's also missing Danmaku for heat vision which consistently has been able to create multiple small blasts with his heat vision in Post Crisis, Rebirth and New 52.
