Light as a Particle and a Wave?

I know that there is a criteria as to how Light feats are to be treated here, but if there is a statement that Light in the verse is Both a particle and a wave, would that support it?

If it's just said in general? No.
If it's said in regard to a particular technique? Maybe a little, although one has to consider that in quantum mechanics everything is simultaneously wave and particle. And some fictions pick up on that, like with Mugino Shizuri who fires electron beams that are both wave and particle.

It is in regards to a type of power that is light, it also has radiation too.
