Is it possible to calculate someone's Lifting Strength through the force required to slam someone into the ground with a rope or a chain?

The character in the clip is stationary while they throw the other character in a full arc, which is why I think (centripetal force + gravity) can be used for lifting strength since that force had to have been applied constantly throughout the duration of the arc.Swinging is usually more so striking strength rather than lifting strength. But if there's low momentum, it can make a good lifting strength feat.
