Lifting Strength via Swinging

I think it would be the same weight as the object in question, maybe calculate force if you find the speed? Like we do with throwing feats.

Centripetal Force = (mass * velocity^2)/radius
The character in question would need to be strong enough to provide an equivalent centripetal force, as well as strong enough to lift them.

Swinging is usually more so striking strength rather than lifting strength. But if there's low momentum, it can make a good lifting strength feat.

The character in the clip is stationary while they throw the other character in a full arc, which is why I think (centripetal force + gravity) can be used for lifting strength since that force had to have been applied constantly throughout the duration of the arc.
