Lifting Strength From Withstanding Rocket Thrust

So I have come across this calculation which seemingly uses a formula never used before here. It tries to calculate Rocket Thrust then scale it to lifting strength via being able to hold onto a side of a rocket as it takes off, but would this be considered legit?

If I’ve read the calc right, it shouldn’t work.
Unless she stops the rocket, only a small portion of that force is actually affecting her. Her arms should only experience the portion of force going into accelerating her body(which is somewhere on the order of magnitude of 10^-10x this result) + air resistance.

I've figured something was fishy about the result but I couldn't put a finger on it, but this makes sense. I was thinking that it would only work if one would stop the rocket instantly by blocking it while it is taking off, but I wasn't sure if the same could be said if it was done via holding onto the side.

Wouldn't Ellie need to withstand the acceleration only on her body? I mean, pretty sure that she would just need to withstand the force the rocket's acceleration would be on her and Henry's body (as he was holding her)

Henry weighs 50kg, and assuming Ellie weighs the same would make it 100kg

However, since the acceleration apperantly isn't big, this probably isn't even Class 5
