Lifting Strength And NPI Questions

(PS : I'm seriously lacking of common sense)
First Question - Non-Physical Interaction
If an intangible character A is able to interact with a character B who doesn't have NPI B:

Can character B have NPI directly?
Or
Does he have to interact with A in return to have NPI? (Well technically yes, but I wanna see if the first option is possible asw).

Second Question - Lifting Strength
If character A has no NPI and get crushed over by a non-corporeal character B :

Does it grant character A, NPI?
Or
Wouldn't Lifting Strength "concept" be irrelevant in this case? (As no matter what LS you have, even immesurable, as long as you can't interact with B, LS being irrelevant).

Usually just assumed the mass can be felt not interacted with. Like spiritual energy inducing force on physical objects

And the fact that A cannot interact with B regardless of his LS, is the range of the LS irrelevant? Unless you've answered my question (but it kinda doesn't seem so...).

Yeah its irrelevant. A lot of characters can't interact with gravity or spiritual energy but still get crushed by it.
