This is... a hard one to say the least, but I'm leaning slightly towards Lexaeus thanks to his ability to amplify his stats with his aura and allow him to shrug off Kliff's attacks while his will still do significant damage.

Lexaeus IMO.
Stronger and Durable, more variable in his powers compared to what's seen on Kliff's page (don't know if it's outdated or if that's all he has tho), can increase his stats by amplifying his power level....somehow, and his attacks are shown to be very powerful going by his fight with Riku (knocked him out with one hit after their fight), put Roxas on his last legs with just a casual blow, and his silhouette from KH2FM was shown as capable of fighting Sora who is equal to Riku. And he can teleport and such so....yeah.
