level of Outerversal realms

Yes, an individual can transcend multiple, or even infinite, 1-A realms and still be 1-A

There are several verses that have Outerversal characters who stomp outerversal characters who stomp outerversal character who stomp another outerversal characters. Some notable example are Masadaverse and Cthulhu Mythos I suppose the ones stand on the top of that hierachy is regarded as High 1-A. Like Yoggy from Cthlhu Mythos

You could have dimensionlike spaces that aren't attributed through normal math, space, or time, and if they transcend the concept of dimensions (physical coordinates in a system) then they're still 1-A. This was the crux of previous attempts to add an intermediary tier around the 1-A range, in an attempt to separate the vastness of the tier as compared to other tiers in the system, but such ideas were rejected due to the difficulty of implementing such a variable.

Well, you could have undimensioned space. There would either be no direction or attributes that we could use to navigate it, but it could still have physical properties.
