this isnt even close tbh, even if speed equal Justice is much more durable and stronger and Revy would have to use heavy weaponry wich isnt her primary strenght, overall Justice would break her like a twig

Justice FRA. Justice has an edge on skills and experience, is nigh unkillable to Revy and even if she can win by shredding him to the point that Afro did, keep in mind Afro was taking out entire chunks of him and he kept kicking, bullets would probably be a minor nuisance if they're not the right caliber. Sure, he's only got like twelve shots and she has far more ammo but I think that's more than enough for him to win.

Doesn't she have both in this? I thought it was implicit even if the OP didn't specify. Either way, I see Justice pulling out on top, even if Revy had a (motherf'ing) RPG, Afro dealt with one while weakened and poisoned, I wouldn't put it past Justice to shoot the rocket the microsecond it fires to detonate it before it flies.
