It should 100% have more effect on Ilia given she's a faunas and I bet his animal manipulation (of all reptiles) would also help him out even though she's not a straight up reptile.

Even then, the dude has extremely fast low Mid, possibly even Mid

It also doesn't need to be passive for him to go "Okay stop it" and Ikki's now fights like a lizard and can't use her weapon

He's hurt due to the sheer affect of it, but Lizzard physiology gives a natural resistance to it. So he'll be hurt, but not paralyzed

Of course, even without the resistance, what stops Electro from making her fight like a Lizzard when he's paralyzed, it's not like she knows she needs to Decapitate to beat him

Actually, re-reading the story arc, The Lizard was able to "shed" by removing Connors' personality entirely. The Shed thingey should be it's own key on further research, as it is definitely not something base Lizard can do
