Laxus Dreyar VS A (Third Raikage)

Sandaime oneshots once he hits with hellstab.
Attack Potency: Town level physically | Mountain level with Hell Stab (Capable of penetrating his own Raiton Armor and pierced his body, stalemated Hachibi and cut off all the tails of the Beast at once)
They have similar attack speeds, both at MHS, but I doesn't look like Laxus' movespeed is there yet in movespeed, hence unknown atm.
Regardless, even if their speeds are equal, Sandaime isn't getting hurt so much as Laxus is gonna get.
Durability: Multi-City Block level | Mountain level (withstood RM Naruto's FRS despite his Raiton Armor being neutralized, and it took his own Nukite finger to finally put him down)
Superior stats give Sandaime Raikage the win. Laxus gets Finger of Death'd.

Techincally aonly way for Laxus to win is Fairy Law, owever we do not know any limitation of tis spell so this goes for no limit fallacy, and even if it could oneshot A it requires a quite long casting time so i guess A wouldn't give Laxus any chance to win.
With ((long) preparation Laxus could win if he is as proficent with Jutsu Shiki as Freed if he could put enough bariers with limitations to A.
Anyways Raikage wins in most scenarios as this kind of prepration is out of LAxus character

Yeah I'm fully aware raikage have better Durability and DC
but do not forget laxus has the advantage like he has reliable range attack while raikage doesn't,
and he can eat lightning as well and can keep up with raikage speed, so I think
this a pretty good match...hopefully..

Can he eat lightning chakra? Is this fight under verse equalization where chakra = eternano?
Regardless, Sandaime has fought a bijuu to a stand still. Laxus can try eating the lightning chakra but he still gets hit with the hand or whatever body part Sandaime attacks with.

Ok then. Still going with Raikage.
Laxus may absorb the Raiton Armor, thus cancelling the Mountain Level attacks, but then he still gets hit by Town Level fingers.
Also, isn't his MHS movement via lightning travel? His base speed is HS+? Or was that a long time ago?

Laxus thanks to lighting immunity plus he can keep his distance and attack with Raging Bolt or Roaring Thunder and I think that Slayers can eat their element regardless as long as it's not above their level so unless chakra lightning is higher than magic lightning Laxus

I say A(Third Raikage) in close range but Laxus in long range(via Fairy Law). It depends on how far away from each other they are during the begining.
