Lavos Vs. ZeedMilleniummon

Both profiles are very long, but I think I'll go with Zeed just because he(?) has conceptual destruction and power nullification, and has a lot of resistances to Lavos powers.

That's just me, tho...
 
Wasn't Lavos downed by a nonspecific combination of swords, guns, elemental magic, and Bows? and is tied to a very vulnerable physical form?(A little floating creature beside a 'Fake' Lavos body)

Also there are two diffrent 2-A variations could you be slightly more specific? Also one reason the devourer variations are so tough to beat is because they are living hostage situatations something I doubt even the Gaia orgin Zeed would care too much about.

Also a prerequisite for fighting Gaia orgin Zeed is beating ExoGrimmon(Not easy), and considering the crazy crap that Exogrim can do and how it can influence the digital world, defeating it is no small feat.
 
Zeed for the reasons stated a lot of posts above mine and because I consider Zeed to be harder to take down (at least from Lavos perspective).
