I'd argue that being BFR'd to Non-Existence gets past Low-Godly regen and it also gets past what feats of travelling 682 has since you can't end up in the DBT through any manner of time or dimensional travelling, as it's a dimensional void beyond space and time with no beginning and no end (there is literally one location in the whole game where you can use the macguffins to get there, and that was Endgame Serge who opened the path with the Chrono Cross).

And that's possibly. And there's a huge difference between being BFR'd to a place which ultimately still exists to another of non-existence where you will just be erased. Dimensional travel lets you come back from one.

You get erased in the other. It's literally non-existence.
