Hmm...going back through a few other Lavos threads it looks like the only thing Lavos has that would be any real threat to 682 is its immunity voiding, which would likely nullify 682's reactive evolution and trap them in a loop of evolving and voiding, but Lavos doesnt have any way to get past 682's Type 9 immortality, acausality, anti-BFR (dimensional travel), and low-godly regen, not to mention 682 could likely absorb any one of Lavos' powers and turn them against it. Im kinda leaning towards inconclusive

A big problem here lies in if Lavos absorbs 682. Given 682 being 682, he'd likely absorb Lavos back, but Lavos would transform into Dream Devourer if he absorbed the Lizard, far outclassing him in everything.

Low Godly Regen would be countered by Lavos eating his soul...wait.

There was an SCP that tried to change the past of SCP-682. It didn't really... Work.
