Don't even have a scan or something that prove this in his page, i think this feat don't even exist.

Well, I remember that Bluto bounced between different stars in a cartoonish manner after Popeye punched him.

The feat does exist but is there any reason it isn't an outlier. He has like two to three 4-C feats (he blew out the sun, and the Bluto punch) vs a crap ton of lower ones

Well, we usually tend to go by the higher feats for these types of non-serious characters.

Then we just need to find the scans for the 4-C feats. Though I have no clue where to look for them.
