Alright, I wanna address this:

• Enhanced Power Nullification (While having the Samadhi Fire that was stated to be inextinguishable, should be immune to MK's enhanced power nullification)
• Deconstruction (As stating that the Samadhi Fire was the only thing that can stop her, another reference here. She should be resistant to Wukong and MK's deconstruction)
• Power Nullification (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Wukong's power nullification)
• Size Manipulation (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Wukong/MK's size manipulation)
• Spatial Manipulation and Durability Negation (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Wukong's spatial manipulation)
• Power Absorption (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Macaque's power absorption)
• Soul Manipulation (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Wukong/MK's staff soul manipulation capabilities)
• Super Enhanced Mind Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Perception Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Hundred Eye Demon's illusions) (Check Wukong's page for further elaboration on the layers)
• Fear Manipulation (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Jade Emperor's fear manipulation)
• BFR, Curse Manipulation and Super Enhanced Sealing (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to the Scrolls)
• Enhanced BFR (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Li Jing's prison that able to trap Wukong and MK who has their own BFRs)
• Greatly Super Enhanced Sealing (As stated in deconstruction part, should be resistant to Wukong's staff sealing)

That's great but... "Samadhi Fire was the only thing that can stop her" does not give you resistances for everything else in the verse. A better context should be given to actually grant this, since the reasons for such statements could be different (aka LBD uses her own hax before those people do, or just dodges attacks that are needed for those people to use hax, or it is just that Samadhi Fire is the only 100% way to stop her while everything else is doubtful), and she shouldn't gain those resistances unless she is directly stated to be immune to all other abilities other than Samadhi Fire.

Result: those resistances I listed should be deleted

The scan doesn't even state it's the only chance they have, the guy says it's their "best chance" at stoping her. So it doesn't mean that's the only thing that works and she has resistance to their other stuff. As the OP pointed out, their are other factors that can be at play when dealing with statements like these.

So for right now, agree with the removal of those resistances unless something more concrete is brought forth.

So it doesn't mean that's the only thing that works and she has resistance to their other stuff. I disagree because it's stated by the knowledgable characters in the show who should know regarding the functionality of most things. Because if it would work, they would use them instead of going after a weapon that could risk destroying everything

Also the fact that her soul manip resist got removed even though she was on screen shown to tank the Golden Staff's energy blast
