Kurvira (Legend of Korra) vs Azula (The Last Airbender)

Both 9-A Versions here.

Speed Equalized

The Princess of the Fire Nation vs The Dictator of Earth Empire. Both prodigies in their own right.

Azula can use lighting and Kurvira can use Metal Bending, Who Wins?

Azula: 2 (Non-Bias, Theglassman12, Gunchar )

Kurvia: 1 (Bioness)

Kurvira
Azula

Considering Azula already has experience against metalbending thanks to running into toph during the eclipse, and being able to avoid her and aang's attacks while unable to use her firebending, it's not really a factor for Kuvira. I'd say that Azula takes this via experience, being able to use her lightning to shock kuvira, especially since she has metal on her, and much greater tenacity.

Azula faced Toph as a child, the metal bending Toph displayed was far inferior to even the most casual metal benders in Legend of Korra, let alone Kuvira who was able to fight off both of Toph's daughters (both of whom displayed far better metal bending than Toph ever did when Azula fought her. Furthermore Kuvira will just build walls around herself as soon as she realizes Azula is a firebender, which would then allow her to easily be defensive and offensive, something firebenders cannot do.

As soon as Kuvira lands a single one of her metal bracers on Azula, it is over.

Both can just use the secondary elements? Hmmm that helps Kuvira a whole lot, but it depends on the versions:

Kemurikage Azula is easily the best lightningbender now and would win this, due to higher agility(not speed), superior physicals in general, superior h2h skills and her new lightning techniques.

B3/show Azula's lightning needed charging time, which is too much of a disadvantage so Kuvira wins in that case.

Without that lightning-only restriction wins Azula in both cases, but Kemurikage Azula notably easier.

Kuvira also never fought a comparable fire/lightningbender, so that's obviously no advantage.

That's pure nonsense, Azula herself blocked all 4 elements + Sokka's boomerang with a 360 shield ┬░ which then exploded and acted as further distraction. So if Azula is not restricted to lightning could she easily do that.

Nope Azula could still shoot a lightning bolt right in Kuvira's face in that moment, let alone without an lightning-only restriction.

Has Azula just lightning or also fire here, i'm still not completely sure about that?

Oh and there is no 9-A version of Azula anymore since the upgrades, the lowest is now High 8-C so this counts probably as missmatch.

Azula and do normal fire ending along with using lighting
Well ok Azula mops the floor with Kuvira then and it counts probably anyways as missmatch due to the last edits.

I'd say it depends on what point in time Azula is fighting. Azula started to lose her mind at the peak of her power.
My vote goes to Kuvira for this guy's reasons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq8eJzfXRQE&t
No she didn't and that was just one point of the gigantic bullshit list for Antoine's video(s, he is pretty much like ScrewAttack), Kemurikage Azula is her current peak, not insane and was already a thing as Antoine conviniently ignored that version and the actual reasons for Azula's insanity besides lowballing her(and basically any character she interacted with in ATLA) to give Kuvira the win(especially amazing is how Azula was against Toph suddenly much stronger again and won, after Toph did just soundly beat Kuvira according to him).

That video was informative. I'd vote Kuvira.
Sigh, i actually like Antoine's videos(as guilty pleasure) but just just in a way of pretty entertaining bullshit(exactly like DeathBattle for example).

Which arguments convinced you?

Cause in fact has Azula better AP, speed, agility, durability, versatility, etc... feats than Kuvira and will absolutely not break down under pressure(Antoine's main reason in the end), except Kuvira can somehow recreate the betrayal of Ty Lee and Mai, the dissmissing from Ozai and the growing paranoia + insanity of several days...
