Honestly not very high, people like meruem, adult gon and netero just blitz and one-shot
You can also argue that is the case against people like pitou and youpi as a matter of fact
The only thing chrolo has going for him are the cape and teleportation, but even zeno could somewhat handle chrolo with the cape and the teleport does not seen combat aplicable since he never used it against hisoka which would have been very usefull( with probrably has some condition to be used or whatever)
