Anyways, phantom isn't taking out the Slayer regardless of it being stamina or pain oriented.
If Ikki strikes with Rasetsu while in Phantom then he just wasted his shot. If he does normally, he isn't one-shotting and it wears off.

Why is Ikki not 1 shotting with material form doe? As for Rasetsu with phantom, he would have tried phantom form normally before going rasetsu.

You somehow ignored my point. Anime is not more popular in 2020 than it was back in 2016, if anything, I've only seen the community relenting rather than increasing. And the decline of Americans comics have been going on for a quite a long time, so that's not really relevant.

It absolutely increased over the years. Comics were falling out of touch for a while, but back in 2016 the idea of using kickstarters was still looked on, which is a major point as well.
Anime has had a constant increase in number of watcher and the like. It's not like it doubled over night, but it certainly increased steadily while many other options were getting less popular.

Thick armor matters? Her skin is tougher than his armor. And he made her go unconscious and would've died of blood loss had it not been for her regen.
Though that was still a basic strike not counting stuff like oikage, saikegi etc which amp his attacks.
Though what's durability without armour? Cus Tachi exists.

Yeah, ikki's attacks are also stronger than doom's durability. Also he cuts metal with paper and has enough dura neg to 1 door l shot his ittou shura clones in base.
