Yeah, I'm bored, but anyways:

Both are 8-A


This is Space Suit Krypto


Krypto also has his Timestopper if necessary


8-A version of the RHM is being used


Krypto scales to 328.185 Tons


RHM seems to either upscale or downscales from 882.574 Tons? (Correct me if I'm mistaken)


Range starts at 10 meters


Speed is equalized

Anyway, I assume that’s regular RHM here. Regardless, he should one-shot since he easily overpowers/stomps Henry in just one move. So it’s really down to Krypto’s skill feats if they can save him from being one-shot.

Krypto does have the mobility advantage against him though as he usually uses his flight to dodge attacks, and seeing how he doesn't necessarily have heat resistance, Krypto could use his heat vision to his advantage against him. Krypto could also use his super breath to blow his bombs back at him.
 
After my previous Krypto CRT, it seems like Krypto has even more wincon options with those new abilities
