As far as I know Yggdrasil is still 5D but has 2-C ap and dura (not every 5D ap will make you Low 1-C)

There's a good chance it's Low 1-C (5D or 6D) from Athena. It might be in 7D, but it's difficult right now. It could be soon.

No, Yggdrasil is still HDE, but still within the 4D spectrum without further proof. (Yes it is indeed possible to earn it that way).
