Shouldn't Kratos attack potency be at least continent level, because Atlas was holding the world on his shoulders. Kratos was able to match his strenght. He should be upgraded and powerscale the other Gods from him.

If you watch the part. You'll actually see Kratos struggling to stop Atlas from doing so and from the way it was being done. Atlas was toying with Kratos, if he wanted to. He probably would've crushed Kratos instantly.

Isn't Zeus significantly stronger than Atlas and Kratos still managed to defeat Zeus while he was acting serious?

The Blade of Olympus is still pretty good to say its continental. Also, re-watched the Atlas fight. Kratos managed to overpower him
